Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & pursue new customer relationship opportunities within target market
• Make outbound calls & in-person visits to build successful relationships with leads and current customers
• Coordinate with Inside Sales to create accurate quotations for new & existing customers
• Maintain consistent contact with existing customers to foster a successful & positive business relationship
• Create and manage product demonstrations for key audiences
• Utilize sales reports & other data to recognize sales opportunities and customer buying patterns
• Work with accounting to establish vendor/customer relationships and assist with payment collection when necessary

Qualifications:

• Highly desirable: industry knowledge in retail, merchandising, or retail fixtures
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (business, sales, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with ERP & Microsoft Office software
